Returns

We guarantee that our products will exceed your highest expectations. If you wish to return your order for any reason, you may return any unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of receiving them.

We are only able to refund or make exchanges on any items bought from our www.lashgarden.com website.

Please send all returning merchandise to our address at P.O BOX 11832, Tampa, FL 33680. Once returned items are received, we will contact you to process a refund or exchange. All refunds will be made to the original order # “billed to” customer and in the original form of payment. All refunds will be made for the amount of the returned merchandise less shipping fees.

Please contact us at info@lashgarden.com with your “ORDER #” in the subject heading of your email.

Lost packages

While we makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment; once the shipment is received by the shipping carrier and tracking number sent, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, mishandling by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.

Shipping methods

Currently we only ship domestically to all 50 states in the United States. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Our preferred shipping carrier is in the United State is the USPS. We currently ship USPS first class mail and USPS priority mail. If you need a quicker shipment, please contact us at info@lashgarden.com or call us at 888-300-1604.

USPS first class mail estimated shipping time is 2-6 business days and USPS priority mail estimated shipping time is 2-3 days. These estimated times are not guaranteed by the carrier and do not include Saturday or Sunday.
